These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rewirededu.com website and related marketing services operated by RewiredEDU, a division of Rewired Dynamics, LLC ("RewiredEDU," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms cover the rewirededu.com website only; access to and use of the GRiT Compass platform is governed by separate terms provided within that platform. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
The website is intended for educators, administrators, families, and other visitors interested in RewiredEDU and GRiT. If you access the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization, and that the organization is bound by them.
Rewired Dynamics retains all right, title, and interest in and to its marks, methods, frameworks, curriculum, assessments, workshop and event materials, templates, tools, software, and websites (including site design, logos, icons, images, text, graphics, and data compilations), together with all related intellectual property (collectively, the "RD Materials"). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the RD Materials.
"Rewired Dynamics," "RewiredEDU," "GRiT," "GRiT Compass," and related names and logos are marks of Rewired Dynamics, LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable written agreement between Rewired Dynamics and your organization, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services and to view, download, and print RD Materials solely for your organization's internal business use. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these restrictions or when your organization's engagement or portal access ends. Upon termination, you must stop using the RD Materials and destroy any copies in your possession or control.
The Services allow you to submit information, including contact and discovery-call form submissions, messages, and other materials ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Rewired Dynamics a license to host, process, display, and use Your Content as needed to provide and improve the Services and to respond to you.
You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party right. Do not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, or payment card data through the Services except where a specific feature is designed for it.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
Fees, invoicing, and payment terms for subscriptions, licenses, engagements, events, and other paid offerings are set out in the applicable proposal, order form, or written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
The Services and RD Materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Content in the Services, including curriculum, assessments, benchmarks, and frameworks, is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, accounting, tax, medical, or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any particular business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewired Dynamics and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by your organization to Rewired Dynamics in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewired Dynamics from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services, our clients, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wisconsin will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to venue in those courts.
