RewiredEDU, a division of Rewired Dynamics, LLC ("RewiredEDU," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the RewiredEDU website at rewirededu.com, together with our contact and discovery-call forms, waitlist and newsletter sign-ups, event registration, and related marketing services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy applies to the rewirededu.com website only. The GRiT Compass platform, and any student information handled inside it, is governed separately by the agreements between us and each school or district.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

• Contact and profile details, name, business email, phone number, job title, company, and mailing or event address.
• Messages and requests, contact and discovery-call submissions, waitlist and event sign-ups, and messages you send us.
• Event information, event registrations and attendance.

• Usage data, pages and resources viewed, features used, and actions taken in your portal, used to support your engagement and improve the Services.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to respond to you and operate the website, and afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations or to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. You may request deletion of the information you have submitted, subject to our recordkeeping obligations.

The rewirededu.com website is intended for adults—educators, administrators, and families—and is not directed to children. Student information used inside the GRiT curriculum and the GRiT Compass platform is collected on behalf of, and under agreements with, each school or district, and is governed by those agreements and applicable education-privacy laws rather than by this website policy. Questions about a specific student’s data should be directed to that student’s school or district.

The Services may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted with a revised Effective Date, and material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
